What is "SUMMER JAM at the PAN-AM"?

"Summer Jam at the Pan-Am" features a stacked lineup and one of the biggest headlining artists in the world, TYGA! This event is put on by S&S Events, a local production company specializing in unforgettable experiences. The production, opening acts, sponsors, employees, security, food, and vendors will all be local as well! Summer Jam at the Pan-Am is the FIRST EVER Hip-Hop/Rap & EDM festival in Las Cruces meant to highlight the community and showcase the state. Come support our state and see some of the hottest artists of the summer!

What will I find inside?

You can expect a stage with massive production featuring TYGA as the headlining act along MUSATRD, & A-TRAK as support acts. Additionally, booths with giveaways and sponsor information will be posted along the inside of the venue and a concession stand with beer, food, and snacks. 

When do doors open?

Friday August 23, 2019 @ 6:30pm.

Where is Will Call?

Will call is located at the front of the Pan-American center.

Where can I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets at https://www1.ticketmaster.com/event/0C0056C73E837E4D.

Can we buy tickets at the door?

Tickets will be available at the door, credit cards, and cash will be acceptable.

Where do we park?

Parking will be available in the Pan-Am parking lots. We also encourage attendees to ride their bicycles and use public transit and/or ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft.

Where is the entrance?

Attendees can enter through the front entrance of the Pan-Am.


Who is in charge of putting on the event?

S&S Events is putting on the event.

Can I bring Banners & Signs?

Signs must be handheld, event-related, in good taste and cannot obstruct another guest’s view. They may not contain commercial messages, or logos and may not be hung off affixed venue structures. Signs on poles or sticks, or constructed of wood or metal material, are also not permitted. Management reserves the right to confiscate signs that are in violation of this policy.

Is there a list of things not to bring or do?

  • ALL BAGS AND PURSES ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH

    • Bags larger than 12” x 12” x 12” are not allowed into the venue.

  • NO Laser pointers and air horns

  • NO Drones, remote-controlled aircraft, toys

  • NO Backpacks

  • NO Weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)

  • NO Illegal substances

  • NO Drugs or drug paraphernalia

  • NO Alcohol (Alcohol will be available with valid ID)

  • NO Aerosol products/cans

  • NO Professional-grade radios or walkie-talkies

  • NO Pets (except for service animals)

  • NO Unauthorized/Unlicensed Vendors Allowed

  • NO Smoking. This also includes e-cigarettes and vaporizers. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

  • NO Animals (except trained service animals to aid guests with disabilities)

  • NO Bottles, cans and beverage containers of any kind*

  • NO Food items*

  • NO Large Umbrellas (must be compact)

  • NO Artificial Noisemakers

  • NO Signs on sticks or poles, or larger than what one person can hold

  • NO Cameras, tripods, and audio recorders.

  • NO Video cameras and the use of video capable devices.

  • NO Ticket scalping

  • NO Loitering

  • NO Throwing objects

  • NO Trespassing, soliciting, peddling, and loitering

  • NO Chairs, stools or other seating devices*

  • ANY OTHER ITEM OR ACTION DEEMED DANGEROUS OR INAPPROPRIATE
